GDPR regulations of Lecture/exam recordings

Dear Students,

Vision or sound video recordings during online lectures held in the framework of tele-education is permitted exclusively with consent/permission by the teacher. Furthermore, recordings made following authorisation by the teacher should not be shared among students without the teacher’s express, unambiguous agreement. Should a lecture be halted by some technical glitch or its quality not up to standard, please notify the lecturer about it.

Please also note that if students wish to record their own oral examinations, they can do so under paragraph a) of Article (1) of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In accordance with this, no recordings can be made without the teacher’s express, unambiguous and voluntary consent, nor can those recordings be used by and shared with other students.

Thank you for your cooperation.
