Dear Students,
We would like to inform you about the summer practice who registered for it this semester.
2nd and 3rd year pharmacy practices
1. After the 2nd and 3rd year, students must complete 1-month practice in a public pharmacy.
Practice starts on July 10 – August 4, 2023 or August 7 – September 1, 2023 (6 hours/day)
2. Only those students can start the 2nd year practice who will finish Pharmaceutical Technology I. Theory and Practice by the time of the practice.
Only those students can start the 3rd year practice that will finish Pharmaceutical Technology III. Theory and Practice by the time of the practice.
The summer practices may be completed neither during the academic term-time nor during the examination period. The weeks cannot be interrupted during the practice.
3. If you would like to complete the practice in Hungary you have to send an acceptance letter from the pharmacies where you would like to spend the summer practice electronically to Mrs. Szilvia Sipos, her email address is sipos.szilvia@pharm.unideb.hu .

4. You can spend your practice abroad. In order to do that you have to write a request to the Dean (via Neptun system) and you need to attach an acceptance letter from the public pharmacy and a filled out accreditation questionnaire by the accepting Pharmacist.

About certifying your practice
1. You have to submit to the Registrar’s Office the final evaluation paper, attendance sheet, the evaluation of electronic workbook. Every document has to be signed by the Pharmacist and the stamp of pharmacy is needed
2. End of the practice you need to send the electronic workbooks electronically to the following email address: summer.practice@pharm.unideb.hu
Students have to write down one practical problem in 2 weeks. It shouldn’t be printed, signed and stamped by the pharmacist.

Please note that, if you complete the practice without the prerequisite subjects and without Dean’s permission we cannot accept your practice.
