The Pharmacy program at the University of Debrecen equipped me with a diverse range of skills and knowledge, including scientific, clinical and logistical aspects of the pharmaceutical field. I am especially grateful for my opportunity to be trained in pharmaceutical research at the Faculty of Pharmacy as part of my Master’s thesis. After graduation, I continued my research journey as a PhD student at the Medical University of Vienna. Looking back, my research experience at the University of Debrecen was an essential stepping stone in my academic career. (Tan, Vietnam)
My years at the Faculty of Pharmacy were among the most meaningful chapters of my life. The university not only provided me with a solid academic foundation but also a sense of belonging and support that went far beyond the classroom. I am especially grateful to my professors, who were always kind, patient, and deeply dedicated to their students. Even now, I am still in touch with some of them, who continue to show the same care and encouragement, despite having so many students over the years — something I truly cherish. Since graduating, I have been working at Viatris as a Qualified Person, where I often find myself drawing on the knowledge and values I gained during my studies in Debrecen. I carry those lessons with me every day. Thank you again for including me in this wonderful initiative. I’m happy to support and stay in touch as the alumni community grows. (Erfaneh, Iran)
