A DE OE TDT 2018/2019 tanév helyi TDK Konferenciája 2019. február 13-15. között kerül megrendezésre.
According to the decision of the Council of Students’ Scientific Association (SSA) in 2018/19 the medical and health science section of the local Conference of Students’ Scientific Association will be held between 13 February 2019 (Wednesday) and 15 February 2019 (Friday).
A helyi TDK konferenciára a jelentkezés és absztraktfeltöltés határideje 2019. január 13. éjfél, e határidőig kell elektronikusan leadni a jelentkezést, feltölteni az absztraktot és megjelölni a kiválasztott tagozatokat. A jelentkezés a https://oetdk.unideb.hu/hirek honlapon létrehozott regisztrációs felületen keresztül történik majd.
The deadline of electronic registration, abstract submission and indication of selected category for the medical and health science section of the 2018/19 conference of Students’ Scientific Association is 13 January 2019 23:59h. The registration will be available on the https://oetdk.unideb.hu/hirekwebsite.
Kérjük, hogy az intézeti TDK felelősök legkésőbb a végső leadási határidőt követő napon (január 14.) a feltöltött absztraktok adatait (cím, előadó(k), témavezető(k)) e-mailben juttassák el a TDT oktatói titkára számára (szentandrassy.norbert@med.unideb.hu). Csak azon hallgatók jelentkezését tudjuk figyelembe venni, akik elektronikusan jelentkeztek és az intézeti TDK felelős által elküldött listán is szerepelnek.
All students and/or tutors should send their abstracts to the SSA advisor of each department (https://oetdk.unideb.hu/…/a-tudomany…/intezeti-tdk-felelosok) and the department representatives should confirm all abstracts in e-mail to the secretary of the council by 23:59 hour, 14 January 2019 (szentandrassy.norbert@med.unideb.hu). Applications of only those student will be confirmed who registered on the website and are on the list sent by the colleagues responsible for the students’ scientific work.
A feltöltött absztraktokban képletek, táblázatok és ábrák használata NEM megengedett. Az intézeti TDK felelőst a feltöltött absztraktokról tájékoztatni kell, annak jelzéseként, hogy a témavezető annak tartalmával és formájával egyetért!
Figures and tables cannot be placed in the abstract. The abstract have to be confirmed by the SSA advisor.
A TDK konferencián bemutatandó előadásokat 2019. február 10. (vasárnap) éjfélig kell majd feltölteni a fenti honlapon keresztül. Az egyes tagozatok előtt a helyszínen az előadások feltöltésére nem lesz lehetőség.
All presentations will have to be uploaded through the previously mentioned website not later than 23:59 hour, 10 February 2019. You will not be able to upload your presentation directly to the computers in the lecture halls.
A helyi TDK konferencián elhangzó minden előadás végén a hallgató köteles egy olyan ábrát bemutatni, amely részletezi, hogy az előadónak mi volt a saját munkája a bemutatott anyagban. Az előadásokkal kapcsolatos minden technikai információ a TDK honlapján folyamatosan megjelenítésre kerül.
At the end of each presentation an Appendix slide must be included detailing the participation of each author in the presented work. Without this slide the presentation will not be scored and will not be accepted as a presentation of your thesis. All technical information about the lectures will be available on the website.
Egyúttal felhívom szíves figyelmét arra is, hogy olyan TDK pályamunkák esetében, ahol cél az adott tanévben a diplomamunkaként való elfogadtatás, vagy a hallgató az adott tanévben előreláthatóan olyan pályazat benyújtását tervezi, vagy felvételizik, ahol az elfogadott TDK pályamunka feltétel, vagy előny, a 2019 júniusában államvizsgazó ÁOK osztatlan orvosképzésben tanulók számára 2019. február 19, a 2019 augusztusában, vagy novemberében államvizsgazó ÁOK osztatlan orvosképzésben tanulók számára 2019. április 2. Az ÁOK osztott képzésben tanuló hallgatók (ODA, molekuláris biológia, táplálkozástudomány, klinikai laboratóriumi kutató) pályamunka benyújtási határideje 2019. március 5. A Népegeszségügyi kar hallgatói számára a határidő szintén 2019. március 5. A Gyógyszerésztudományi kar, Fogorvostudományi kar és Egészségügyi kar hallgatói számára a TDK pályamunkák benyújtási határideje 2019. február 5.
At the same time, I would also like to draw attention to the fact that in the case of those SSA papers where the aim is to get it accepted as a diploma thesis in the given academic year, or the student is expected to submit an application where the accepted SSA paper is a criterion or advantage for the students of general medical training with State Examination in June 2019, the submission deadline is 19 February 2019. For the students of general medical training with State Examination in August or November 2019 the deadline is 2 April 2019. The deadline is 5 March 2019 for submitting SSA papers of students in the BSc/MSc training courses of Faculty of Medicine and for students of Faculty of Public Health. For students of Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Dentistry the deadline is 5 February 2019.
A pályamunkákat KIZÁRÓLAG az elektronikus pályamunka feltöltési rendszerben kell benyújtani (http://tdk.lib.unideb.hu/). A feltöltést követően az elektronikus rendszer által generált előlapot kinyomtatva, az intézetvezető, a TDK felelős és a témavezető(k) aláírásával ellátva a TDK adminisztrátornak kell leadni (Derzsi Judit, ÁOK Tanulmányi Osztály, 103-as iroda) fenti határidőkig. A pályamunka csak akkor minősül benyújtottnak és a bírálati folyamat akkor veszi kezdetet, ha az aláírt előlap benyújtásra kerül.

The SSA paper must be submitted ONLY in the electronic uploading system (http://tdk.lib.unideb.hu/). After uploading, the front-end generated by the electronic system shall be signed by the Head of Department, SSA advisor and supervisor(s) and submitted to the SSA administrator (Judit Derzsi, Education Office 103) before the above deadlines. The SSA paper is only considered to be submitted and the evaluation process starts when the signed front page is also submitted.
